Camie Tobias is an associate with experience in defense litigation, including premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, and complex negligence matters. She has managed cases from inception through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, court appearances, and settlement negotiations, and has served as lead counsel on high-exposure matters. She previously served as in-house counsel to a private engineering firm and as an investigative attorney with the New York City Department of Buildings, where she handled enforcement proceedings and trials. Camie is admitted to practice in New York (since 2009) and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (since 2025) and earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School and her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Brenau University.
